MC Food Safety Training can provide the nationally recognised Level II Award in Food Safety in Catering, Manufacturing or Retail (the old Basic Food Hygiene Course and Foundation Food Hygiene Course Certificates) at a time and a place that suits you and your business which will help maintain or improve your food hygiene rating mark. We can also provide the Level III Award in Food Safety (the old Intermediate Food Hygiene) and various HACCP qualifications on demand.
